Supportive Services

Follow-up coaching is on individual basis. Different offerings are available depending on what clients want to work on or overcome. $30.00/hr.

Number of visits recommended are individual depending on 

wellness plan.  

Sliding scale pricing is based 

on affordability. 

Hypnosis sessions available alone or to with a wellness plan to overcome symptom of anxiety and stress, fear and phobias, pain control, compulsiveness, insomnia, hot flashes, and/or to implement behavior modifications for addictions such as smoking, overeating, etc.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It can help ease tension and promote physical and emotional healing. 

Sessions are 50 minutes long. 

You will rest comfortably on a massage table or chair. No articles of clothing are removed. A session can be hands-on, when light pressure is applied, or hands-off when the hands are held slightly 

above the body.

 1-hr session: $55 

(4) 1-hr sessions: $200 ($20 savings) 

(8) 1-hr sessions: $360 ($80 savings)
